The screen shot on this page shows the Subtotals that each sales reps sold. The Subtotals are calculated and shown in Column H, Amount. There is a Grand Total for the entire Amount sold.   The Outline is shown as Level 2. However, the data for Niki is expanded so that you can see the Rows that add up to her Subtotal.   So, the Subtotal function is an interactive display. You can use the Outline buttons to expand (+) or collapse (-) the Subtotal Groups to see the data if you wish.   Do This: Save your spreadsheet Go to File->Save As. Browse for a folder to save this file. Enter a file name: MyName Customer Sales.   Good.
