Refresh the Data

Data is dynamic. Say business is good and a lot of new customers were added today. You can use the PivotTable or PivotChart Tools to Refresh the data.

 

5. Try it: Refresh the Data

Click on the PivotTable Grand Total.

The PivotTable Tools should be available.

Go to PivotTable Tools ->Data.

Click on Refresh.

 

The options include:

Refresh

Refresh All

Refresh Status

Cancel Refresh

 

You can also manage the Connection Properties if you wish.
