In class, the
Computer Mama often sez that you only have 3 seconds to Tell the Story.
Whatever this chart is supposed to represent should be obvious very
quickly. So, strip off superfluous details and simplify the Chart. Here
are the steps to remove the Gridlines.
Try it: Modify
the Chart Gridlines Select the
Chart before you begin. Go to
Chart Tools -> Layout. Go to
Axes-> Gridlines. Select:
Primary Horizontal Gridlines. What Do You
See? There are four options for the
Primary Horizontal Gridlines: None Major
Gridlines Minor
Gridlines Major & Minor
Gridlines Select:
None.
