The Page Layout View

Technically, all of the little tabs at the bottom when you open Excel are called spreadsheets. A Workbook is a collection of spreadsheets. So the Workbook Views change how you see all of the spreadsheets in this file.

 

OK, Try This: View the Page Layout

Open a sample Excel file.

Go to View->Page Layout.

 

 

What Do You See? The Page Layout View shows you how your data fits on a page.

 

What Else Do You See? You can Click to Add a Header and Footer in the Page Layout View.
