Microsoft
Excel has a Page Break Preview that lets you see how your
spreadsheet will print, based on your Page Layout.
Try This, Too: View the Page Layout
Open a sample Excel file, first. Go to
View->Page Break Preview.
What Do You See? The Page
Break Preview outlines the Print Area with a thick blue border. You
can drag that blue border to resize the Print Area.
