Can Microsoft Outlook Express be used? Microsoft Outlook 2010 is a rich software program that includes E-mail, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Journal. The Ribbons use many of the same options as Microsoft Word for formatting Text and Pictures.   Microsoft Outlook Express is a free application that comes with many versions of Microsoft Windows. It does not have many of the features that are found in Microsoft Outlook 20102.
