You can
create your own Picture Style. Let's begin with the Picture Border.
There are several options you can edit including Color, Weight and
Dashes.

Try it: Format the Picture Border Go to
Slide 2. Select the picture. Go to
Picture Tools->Format. Select the
Color: Black Select the
Weight: 3 pt 2. What
Do You See? The Border menu offers the Theme Colors as
well as the Standard Colors. The
Weight and Dashes menus show a short list of formats.
There are More options at the bottom of these lists.
