All writers
have bad habits: we use some words inappropriately like too much salt in
the soup.
The list of words includes: is, isn't, am are, aren't,
was ,wasn't, will, would, won't, do, don't, did, didn't, does, doesn't,
seems, appears, makes, show, totally, completely, really, and suddenly.
These words are red flags for passive sentences.
It is hard to see your own bad words while someone else's
could be very obvious. Say you wanted to Find and Format
certain words in your document. You could record a Macro as you go
through the steps.
