There are
two SmartArt Tools: Design and Format. The
Design Tools edit the Layout, Color and Styles.
1. Try This: Use the SmartArt Styles
Select the SmartArt Diagram, first. Go to
SmartArt Tools->Design. Select one
of the
SmartArt Styles. What Do
You See? SmartArt has a rich library of 3D Styles
including polished, cartoon, powder, brick and metallic. This
formatting is sometimes called "eye candy" because it looks sweet,
like a confection.
