Try it: Choose a Service When you choose to manually configure a new E-mail account, Microsoft Outlook walks you through the steps with a little wizard.   The first question asks how you will connect to your E-mail. The choices for Service are:   Internet E-mail (POP3 server) Microsoft Exchange Server (a corporate server) Text Messaging (SMS) Other (such as a Fax server)   Choose a Service: Internet E-mail. Click Next. Keep going... File ->Info->Add Account
